Please contact our customer service as soon as possible if you would like to change your delivery address.

As long as your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we can usually still amend the address. Please include in your message:

• Your order number.
• The old delivery address.
• The complete new delivery address.
• Your telephone number in case we need to verify anything.

Has the order already been dispatched? Then unfortunately we cannot always amend the address any more. In that case we will look together with you at what is still possible.
